1. General Background Package

This package includes indicators specific to the population in terms of number, type, age, population growth rates, as well as the housing density in each city, and the area and urban scope of each city in the region, which gives an initial general idea of each city.

This package is considered the largest in terms of the number of indicators, and it contains indicators related to education and health. Most of these indicators are very important for decision-makers at all levels. It also includes special indicators concerned with social conditions in each city, such as the divorce rate indicator and the indicator of families headed by women. and the proportion of poor families. Many of these indicators, especially health and educational ones, are directly related to the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

3. Infrastructure package

This package includes indicators for water, sanitation and electricity, and aims to know the coverage of infrastructure services at the level of each city, which gives a clear picture of the utility network in each city.

4. Transport Package

This package included indicators of road lengths in each city, as well as the annual expenditure on road construction and maintenance. It also touched on a very important indicator that is directly related to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which is the indicator of injuries and deaths resulting from road accidents. It also included indicators on the activities of the three airports. located in the Medina area.

5. environment management package

This package included indicators that measure air pollution resulting from harmful emissions of gases, as well as indicators for the percentage of treated wastewater and methods of solid waste disposal, and therefore it gives a clear picture of the environmental impact that exists in each city.

6. Local Administration Package

This package contains many indicators that are concerned with measuring the effectiveness of the city’s local administration through wages and salaries ratios and budget expenditures on contracts with the private sector, in addition to the participation of voluntary civil society organizations, as well as measuring the availability and application of electronic services provided to citizens from Local government agencies.

7. Housing package (shelter)

This package included many international indicators that are concerned with providing adequate and appropriate housing for the residents in the city, and it is one of the important indicators that affect all members of society and the majority of these indicators are directly related to the sustainable development goals and the Kingdom’s vision 2030 such as the average house price for income The average of what the family spends as rent for its house, in addition to referring to the rates of production of housing units in each city in the region.

8. Economic performance package

This package touched on some indicators that measure the current economic performance, such as the actual implemented investment requests, in addition to some indicators for tourists and their rates of residence in each city.

9. Hajj and Umrah packag

This local package is unique to Madinah and Makkah due to the presence of the Two Holy Mosques in them. This package is concerned with measuring the characteristics of pilgrims and Umrah performers of Madinah, their annual growth rates, and the ways of coming and leaving to and from Madinah.
